Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role supports sales and marketing initiatives, producing proposals and collateral while balancing strategic thinking with creative execution.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in professional services marketing with proposal development, strong writing and design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years professional services marketing experience with emphasis and clear understanding of proposal development.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; commensurate experience considered.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong graphic design and layout capabilities.
• Flexibility to work as needed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce sales and marketing collateral to support business initiatives, coordinating content with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage a whole-brain approach to marketing to develop visually engaging content.
• Apply graphic design skills and mentor junior staff in design principles and branding.
• Assist business development and project teams with prequalification and lead tracking.
• Prepare presentations and assist with interview preparation.
• Produce marketing collateral including brochures, project profiles, team resumes, etc.
• Create graphics for proposals and corporate initiatives as needed.
• Maintain efficient marketing processes, record keeping, and historical information per standards.
• Assist in managing the company project and resume database and graphics library.
• Contribute to industry events participation, recruiting, and data research for strategy development.
• Complete day-to-day marketing tasks and projects as requested.
