Job summary

Symetri, a technology and business process consultancy, seeks a proactive Embedded Marketing Specialist. This hybrid, fully remote role operates with a dedicated team outside traditional marketing, driving strategy to execution across digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement.

You will craft copy, manage email campaigns, plan virtual and in-person events, and align with brand standards while exploring agile marketing tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience with software product marketing is preferred.
• Full‑Stack Marketing mindset across strategy, writing, design basics, and analysis.
• Comfort with undefined scope and ability to build solutions from scratch.
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Draft copy, coordinate digital promotions, and manage email campaigns.
• Plan and promote virtual and in-person events and webinars.
• Create one-pagers and promotional materials for sales enablement.
• Bridge the specialized team priorities with branding standards and tools.
• Monitor metrics and test agile marketing tactics to improve results.
