Job description

SYMETRI

Symetri combines technology and business process consulting to help firms successfully plan, design, build and operate land and buildings. With Symetri, you are part of a company that is delivering solutions to improve the entire project delivery process, from planning and design, to construction and operations & maintenance. In other words, you're joining a team that is dedicated to helping our clients leverage technology in innovative ways to build a better world.

This is a fully remote position.

ROLE

Are you a proactive, creative, and resourceful marketer looking to kickstart your career in a high-impact, fast-paced environment? We are seeking an energetic, full-stack Embedded Marketing Specialist to serve as a dedicated marketing powerhouse for a specialized team within our organization. This is a unique, hybrid-style role. While you will be formally part of the central Marketing department-benefiting from core marketing resources, branding frameworks, and mentorship-your day-to-day projects and strategic direction will come directly from a specialized team outside of traditional marketing. You will operate with a sharp focus, taking ownership of marketing initiatives end-to-end-from initial strategy to execution across digital campaigns, events, webinars, sales enablement, and beyond. If you thrive in dynamic environments where not all details are mapped out, love wearing multiple hats, and possess a "figure-it-out" attitude, this is the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Campaign Execution: Translate business objectives from your assigned specialized team into multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Digital & Content Marketing: Draft compelling copy, coordinate digital promotions, manage targeted email campaigns, and create digital assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Events & Webinars: Plan, organize, and promote both virtual and in‑person events/webinars, managing logistics, audience registration, and post‑event nurture workflows.
  • Sales Enablement: one‑pagers, promotional materials that empower team members to convert leads and drive engagement.
  • Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between the specialized team's daily priorities and the broader Marketing department's brand standards and tools.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and continuously test new, agile marketing tactics to improve results.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Experience with software product marketing is preferred.
  • Full‑Stack Mindset: Eager to roll up your sleeves and handle all aspects of marketing‑strategy, writing, design basics, logistics, and analysis.
  • Comfort with Undeveloped: Thrives in fluid situations where processes or scope aren't fully defined; comfortable taking initiative and building solutions from scratch.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Able to pivot quickly when priorities change and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • 'Hungry' & Proactive Attitude: High energy, strong work ethic, curiosity, and a drive to learn and grow within the company.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Generous and flexible time off (FTO), plus eight paid holidays
  • Company‑sponsored benefits include:
    • Group health insurance with nominal employee contribution
    • Employer‑paid short‑ and long‑term disability coverage
    • Access to optional benefits through a cafeteria plan, including dental, vision, life insurance, wellness reimbursement program, and other supplemental benefits
    • Employer match of employee HSA contributions, dollar‑for‑dollar up to the IRS limit
  • 401(k) with company match of up to 4% of base salary
  • Benefits eligibility timeline:
    • Insurance coverage begins first day of employment
    • FTO and 401(k) after one month of employment
    • Our company is currently unable to sponsor work visas. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Symetri is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
