Job summary

CYPHER Learning, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the U.S. remote region to manage regional marketing programs that build awareness, generate demand, and strengthen CYPHER’s presence across North America.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience executing marketing programs and campaigns.
• Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns, events, email marketing, social media, content, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating in-person and virtual events from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data and reporting to evaluate program performance and inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and comfortable taking on new responsibilities, shifting priorities, and learning new tools and processes.
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology is preferred; experience in the LMS, EdTech, or education market is a plus.
• Copywriting or content development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, managing logistics, timelines, vendors, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage regional marketing programs, including third-party review platforms, analyst firm relationships, and media and promotional opportunities, evaluating opportunities and recommending activities based on regional priorities and business needs.
• Partner with the Head of Demand Generation to develop and execute programs that support pipeline generation, engagement, and growth across North America.
• Support the development and execution of content and social media programs aligned with broader marketing priorities and regional needs.
• Identify and secure customer participation in case studies, testimonials, and other customer advocacy initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of email nurture and other email marketing programs, using performance results to recommend ongoing optimization.
• Analyze marketing and program performance to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.
• Work closely with the global Marketing team and other cross-functional partners to ensure regional programs are aligned with broader marketing priorities and executed effectively.
