Job summary

Glytec is seeking a Marketing Communications & Operations Specialist to turn requests into on-brand, polished materials. You’ll craft short copy, coordinate design, and ensure timely delivery of collateral, emails, and internal announcements.

You’ll collaborate with sales enablement to refresh customer presentations, manage events and trade-show assets, and track projects in Monday.com while coordinating with designers and vendors. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing communications, marketing operations, or marketing coordination.
• Strong short-form writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven ability to manage many projects and deadlines with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; B2B SaaS background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into on-brand marketing deliverables by coordinating copy, design, review and deadlines.
• Write and proofread emails, presentations, one-pagers, website updates, social posts, and internal announcements.
• Coordinate with sales enablement to update customer-facing presentations and collateral; keep the library current.
• Coordinate conference and trade show participation, including registration, materials, shipping, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage projects in Monday.com from intake to completion across designers and vendors.
• Support digital campaigns by coordinating assets and schedules and maintaining Salesforce campaign records.
