You will analyze performance, conduct A/B tests, and optimize content, landing pages, and audiences to improve ROI and conversions. The role supports SEO initiatives and collaborates with content and sales teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Experience with keyword research, audience research and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, email marketing and paid social.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across online channels.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Create, coordinate and optimize digital content for websites, social media, email and ads.
• Monitor campaigns, budgets, conversions, traffic and other metrics.
• Analyze data and generate performance reports and insights.
• Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences, and messaging.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, engagement and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales and other teams for consistent marketing initiatives.
• Support SEO initiatives including keyword optimization and site performance improvements.
• Manage email campaigns and audience segmentation as needed.
• Track industry trends, competitors and emerging marketing tools.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and digital performance.
• Maintain campaign documentation, calendars and performance records.
