BairesDev, a global software development company, is hiring a Brand & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and drive marketing execution. You will ensure brand consistency across outputs and contribute to campaigns that engage audiences and fuel business growth.

You will collaborate with design, content, and digital teams, maintain brand assets, and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns and brand positioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing or brand management experience.
• Understanding of brand identity across channels.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring outputs align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets including templates, presentations, and visual content.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to produce on-brand materials for campaigns and events.
• Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and flag discrepancies for review.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis efforts to inform brand and campaign positioning.
• Track and report on marketing and brand performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
