Job summary

BairesDev, a leading tech services company, seeks a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate leads. You will contribute to content initiatives and collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to shape compelling messaging.

You'll manage campaigns across digital, email, social, and events, create blog posts and emails, and track performance with metrics.

Marketing Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels. You will contribute to campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-functional projects that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audiences.

What You'll Do:

• - Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
• - Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content including blog posts, social copy, email copy, and presentations.
• - Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• - Track campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics and observations.
• - Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign positioning and messaging.

What we are looking for:

• - 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• - Solid understanding of core marketing disciplines including digital, content, and email marketing.
• - Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• - Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
