Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Brand & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market presence through brand management and marketing execution. You will ensure brand consistency across outputs and contribute to campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth.

You will collaborate with design, content, and digital teams, develop assets, and monitor brand performance to inform future initiatives. A strong eye for detail and multi-channel experience are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of brand identity across channels.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Proficiency with design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets including templates, presentations, and visual content.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to produce on-brand materials for campaigns and events.
• Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and flag discrepancies for review.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis efforts to inform brand and campaign positioning.
• Track and report on marketing and brand performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
