Richman Elite Financial & Realty Services (REFRS) is seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant / GoHighLevel Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team remotely. You will manage and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, nurture leads, and coordinate onboarding, ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

You will implement automation across Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot, analyze performance with Google Analytics and SQL, and collaborate with sales, content, and design to boost

Responsibilities

• Manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences for leads and onboarding.

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences to enhance lead nurturing and client onboarding processes.
• Implement and maintain marketing automation tools across platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot to streamline campaigns.
• Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media outreach, and web-based initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, SQL queries, and web analytics reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, content creation, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution aligned with product market segmentation strategies.
• Monitor digital marketing metrics, attribution modeling, and campaign ROI to optimize demand generation efforts continually.
• Manage email campaign management tasks such as list segmentation, email automation setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking to maximize engagement rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot; proficiency in implementing marketing automation tools is essential.
• Strong technical skills including knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS for customizing landing pages or email templates.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms including Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of multichannel marketing strategies with an emphasis on lead generation and demand creation.
• Data analysis skills utilizing Google Analytics, SQL queries, or other data analytics tools to interpret campaign results effectively.
• Experience managing email marketing software for campaign setup, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and translating technical insights into actionable strategies.
