Job summary

3R Sustainability is hiring a Marketing & Revenue Operations Associate to support marketing, outreach, sales, and revenue operations across webinars, campaigns, and CRM management. You will coordinate webinars, conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients, and help convert opportunities into real revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work remotely in the United States, with duties spanning GoTo Webinar, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp, reporting

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in marketing coordination, marketing ops, sales or revenue ops.
• Experience coordinating webinars on platforms such as GoTo Webinar or Zoom Webinar.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
• Strong written and verbal communication and outreach skills.
• Based in the United States and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage webinars from planning to delivery and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate topics, speakers, schedules with sales and marketing teams.
• Develop webinar formats, scripts, polls, and promotional materials.
• Set up events in webinar platforms and ensure technical readiness.
• Maintain webinar calendar and templates in SharePoint or similar.
• Coordinate invitations, reminders, and partner promotions.
• Follow up with registrants and attendees to book discovery calls.
• Execute warm and cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research target organizations and tailor outreach to sustainability needs.
• Qualify interest and hand off opportunities with CRM notes.
• Keep CRM data accurate and track outreach against goals.
• Support marketing campaigns, collateral, website updates, and reports.
• Improve CRM workflows and revenue operations processes.
