Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or related coordination-focused role.
• Experience in-house or at an agency, directly with creative production teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding and contract coordination to ensure efficient, compliant partnerships.
• Coordinate contracts and legal workflows across Marketing, PM, and Legal teams.
• Oversee contractors, freelancers, agencies, and influencers to support campaigns.
• Organize and manage marketing assets and DAM records; maintain date-range accessibility.
• Coordinate audits and documentation; improve PM tools and workflows.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
