Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate on a contract basis to support a fintech marketing business in a remote-first environment in the United States. You will manage recurring processes to keep channels compliant, accurate, and financially sound, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, lenders, and partners.

You will oversee reporting, affiliate campaigns, contracts, billing, and marketplace content, with opportunities to automate workflows and improve recurring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dashboard creation.
• Comfort working with numerical data, reconciling figures, maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
• Ability to learn new platforms and internal systems (Voluum, Ironclad, WordPress, Amplitude, Databricks).
• Clear and professional written communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process lender-initiated compliance updates across landing pages and internal systems.
• Build and maintain marketing reports and dashboards, including month-over-month and year-over-year analyses.
• Investigate discrepancies between reports and data sources and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage marketplace landing pages and content requests from partners.
• Configure affiliate campaigns in Voluum and distribute assets to traffic partners.
• Reconcile partner invoices and billing across marketplace, auditing lender invoices and resolving discrepancies.
