Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an AI Marketing Project Manager to lead complex AI, technology, data, and digital marketing initiatives from definition to implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, marketing, technology, data, architecture, and external partners in a remote role.

The position requires managing multiple workstreams, KPIs, budgets, and adoption plans while aligning with stakeholders across US, Ireland, India, and Europe.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project or program management in global organizations.
• Experience delivering complex technology, digital, data, automation, AI, or marketing initiatives.
• Strong Agile project management; PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe preferred.
• Experience coordinating business/marketing and technology teams.
• Knowledge of AI concepts including generative AI and AI governance.
• Experience managing POCs, rapid prototypes, experiments, and validation.
• Budget/resource tracking, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
• Marketing or digital marketing project experience with content technology.
• Experience implementing AI into marketing workflows; multilingual content a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Independent, structured thinker capable of navigating ambiguity.
• Willing to collaborate across US, Ireland, India, and Europe.
• Insurance or consulting industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology, data, digital, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives from definition through implementation.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating priorities, dependencies, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules, status reports, acceptance criteria, KPIs, benefits, and adoption plans.
• Coordinate business owners, marketing teams, technical delivery teams, architecture, data specialists, vendors, and SMEs.
• Lead proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, experimentation, testing plans, validation activities, and milestones.
• Support AI integration into marketing, content, digital, web, social media, and publishing workflows.
• Apply practical AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Create structure and momentum in ambiguous environments while managing changing requirements.
• Coordinate collaboration across US, Ireland, and India with overlap with Europe.
