Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager (Contract-to-Hire) based in the United States. You will drive product adoption, craft customer-facing communications, and segment the installed base to unlock expansion and renewals.

This hands-on role partners with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Demand Generation, Content, Web, Design, and Email teams to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related field.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to write clear, customer-facing copy with minimal edits.
• Experience developing and executing customer communications and lifecycle programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent customer marketing in the product release process and determine how new capabilities should be introduced to existing customers.
• Translate product messaging into customer communications with varying tones for segments.
• Own customer-facing release messaging and create assets like release notes and in-app prompts.
• Segment the installed base to target appropriate customers.
• Develop recurring What's New and Why It Matters narratives.
• Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities and supporting campaigns with Demand Generation.
• Support renewals and value realization with success and sales teams.
• Develop adoption gap insights and related collateral for customer success.
• Coordinate email campaigns from strategy to results and manage the calendar.
• Collaborate with Content, Web, Design, and Email teams to deliver on programs.
