Job summary

Marketbridge is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Workflow and Project Management team. This remote role follows EST hours and collaborates with Client Success, Strategy and Media, Creative, and Marketing Technology to plan and deliver integrated marketing projects.

You will keep schedules, track hours and budgets, prepare status updates, and help teams access the information and resources they need to produce high-quality work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related project coordination or marketing operations experience.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Familiarity with integrated marketing programs and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, resourcing, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task assignments, and status reports.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and dependencies to stay on time and within scope.
• Prepare project estimates and track hours, budgets, and scope.
• Support closeout activities and document key learnings.
