Job summary

VSSL Agency is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our quick-moving, remote-friendly crew. You will coordinate a high volume of projects and marketing initiatives for B2B software, technology, and nonprofit clients, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met with precision.

You’ll work with the account management team daily, using ClickUp to track tasks, while leveraging WordPress, HTML, and HubSpot when updates or email campaigns are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, HTML, and HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of projects and marketing initiatives for clients, primarily B2B software/tech and nonprofits.
• Ensure client expectations and deadlines are met consistently; QA and coordination role.
• Update client sites and build/QA email campaigns if needed.
• Manage day-to-day client communications with responsiveness aligned to VSSL standards.
• Collaborate with account management to ensure requirements are understood and executed.
