Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Dynamic Remote Opportunity

Required Skills:

• Proven experience coordinating marketing programs, events, and campaigns
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Sendoso, 6Sense, LinkedIn Navigator, Splash, Slack, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and grammar accuracy
• Ability to work with vendors and coordinate logistics effectively
• Demonstrated initiative and sense of urgency in task completion

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with technical bootcamps, webcasts, or in-person event logistics
• Knowledge of regional marketing hubs and targeted regional campaigns
• Familiarity with contract management and POs processes
• Experience with reporting and analytics in Salesforce or similar tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally in technology or software industries

Other Requirements:

• This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones
• Ability to engage in occasional regional event coordination and virtual meetings
