Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group is hiring a Channel Campaign Manager - Email (Remote) to drive email marketing programs for a premier client. You will coordinate with client marketing and performance teams to shape audience strategies and launch multi-channel campaigns.

The role requires hands-on experience with email campaigns, ESPs, and HTML, plus strong project management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Remote work is supported across the U.S., with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years email campaign experience with hands-on building/deploying commercial email or equivalent HTML/web page building.
• 2+ years working in ESPs like Salesforce, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony or Cheetah.
• 2+ years experience with direct mail kits.
• Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of marketing or digital project experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Client Marketing Team and stakeholders to deliver direct marketing campaign projects.
• Manage file selection and segmentation of channel marketing audience and facilitate accurate file-only requests.
• Build and launch direct marketing campaigns within designated channel platforms.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in channel platform capabilities.
• Perform creative and data auditing/testing to ensure campaign accuracy.
• Drive data-driven campaign results back to client teams for continuous improvement.
• Update workflow management tool in real time to inform Pod managers on status and timing.
• Work within agile, fast-paced marketing environment.
• Upskill across email, direct mail and mobile campaigns as added.
