Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Procurement Specialist to lead compliant, compelling proposals from our Pennington, NJ, Columbia, MD, or Washington, DC offices.

You will manage procurement platforms, coordinate with regional teams, and produce SOQs, RFP responses, and related marketing materials. Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, data science, communications, or public relations with 4+ years in marketing, sales operations, or business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in marketing, sales ops, or business development.
• Strong MS Office and CRM tools experience.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement platform initiatives and bid opportunities.
• Maintain internal opportunity tracking with data and contacts.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to target clients and market sectors.
• Screen and distribute bid opportunities to senior staff.
• Develop pursuit plans and client outreach ahead of RFPs.
• Research competitors, markets, and regulatory drivers.
• Provide client intelligence for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Highlight performance metrics for proposals and materials.
• Prepare summaries on opportunity pipelines and market trends.
• Execute special projects as required.
