You will own QA across funnels and landing pages, build AI-driven workflows, and manage multiple marketing initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of assets and insights.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years in marketing support or project management, strong English communication, and a keen eye for design.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing support, project coordination, operations, or marketing PM.
• Hands-on CRM and landing page/funnel builder experience with basic troubleshooting.
• Proficient in AI tools used for workflows and QA with high judgment.
• Strong design sense and ability to review marketing assets for quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple marketing initiatives ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• QA funnels and landing pages for functionality, layout accuracy, and form integration.
• Create and maintain AI-driven workflows to boost marketing output.
• Manage executive inbox triage and dashboards for real-time prioritization.
• Audit marketing workflows and propose practical improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
