Ontra, a US-based AI-powered leader in private markets, seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to own data infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and optimize GTM processes. You will manage MarTech including Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, and ZoomInfo while deploying AI tools to drive scalable business solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close data gaps and improve efficiency in a remote-first environment with nationwide reach and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations within B2B settings.
• Hands-on Marketo administration experience.
• Lite-admin level Salesforce knowledge (reports, flows, page layouts).
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in workflows.
• Experience building enrichments in Clay.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize marketing data infrastructure and processes.
• Maintain data hygiene across contact databases using AI enrichment and deduplication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Oversee configuration and operation of Marketo, LeanData, LeadForensics, RingLead.
• Work with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Zapier, and Outreach to improve shared tech.
