Ontra is a remote-first company hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing data infrastructure. You will ensure data integrity, drive scalable processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to close GTM gaps while managing our MarTech stack.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing operations, Marketo administration, and Salesforce lite-admin proficiency, plus experience with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT in workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations with B2B marketing and sales process knowledge.
• Hands-on Marketo administration experience.
• Lite-admin level Salesforce experience including reports and layouts.
• Experience deploying AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the marketing data infrastructure and ensure seamless operation.
• Maintain data hygiene using AI enrichment, normalization, and deduplication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to fix inefficiencies.
• Oversee configuration of Marketo, Clay, LeanData, LeadForensics, RingLead.
• Improve shared tech like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Outreach.
