Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in marketing or healthcare administration roles.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based organizations preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with marketing, management, and analytics tools like HubSpot, Asana, Google Products, WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing projects from kickoff through completion with clear scope and priorities.
• Coordinate initiatives with vendors and across operations, sales and customer service.
• Evaluate and optimize the marketing tech stack for efficiency and ROI.
• Maintain the marketing database and ensure data accuracy and attribution.
• Oversee digital asset library and brand consistency.
