Job summary

Unlimited Technology is seeking a Business Integration & Marketing Operations Analyst to support marketing and strategy initiatives from the East Coast with a remote role.

You will manage cross-company integrations, track milestones, and report progress to senior leaders, while helping optimize CRM, marketing automation, and campaign operations. This role offers exposure to executives and growth into broader Marketing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing operations, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or project-management platforms.
• Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Strong written communication and business judgment.
• Experience developing reports or dashboards for leadership.
• Located on the US East Coast to support EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities across acquired companies and functional workstreams.
• Maintain the master integration tracker with milestones, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and status.
• Prepare weekly executive reporting on progress, blockers, and actions.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and surface issues early.
• Translate plans into clear tasks, deadlines, and next steps.
• Maintain action registers and ensure decisions and commitments are carried through.
• Investigate blockers, determine resolutions, and escalate as needed.
• Take ownership of solvable issues, including researching options and coordinating resources.
• Support broader Marketing & Strategy priorities including CRM and marketing automation.
