Job summary

Unlimited Technology is seeking a proactive and driven professional to join our Marketing & Strategy function during a period of growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, project management, reporting, and business integration.

The ideal candidate will track progress across multiple acquisitions, report on status to executives, resolve blockers, and help move initiatives forward while supporting broader Marketing & Strategy priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong AI, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or project-management platforms.
• Located on the US East Coast to support Eastern Standard Hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities across multiple acquired companies and functional workstreams.
• Maintain the master integration tracker with milestones, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and status.
• Prepare concise weekly executive reporting on progress, blockers, and actions.
• Identify dependencies and surface risks early.
• Translate plans into clear tasks, deadlines, and next steps.
