The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in Pacific Time hours, with comfort using Canva, WordPress, CRM platforms, and AI tools. Remote work environment in the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Canva basics; AI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage marketing inboxes (marketing@, info@).
• Respond to internal and external requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain marketing calendar, project tracker, and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and vendor activities.
• Support email campaigns and CRM updates (Salesloft/CRM).
• Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers/reports.
• Assist with WordPress updates and content tasks.
• Apply AI tools to support research and content development.
