Job summary

Living in a Bubble is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to run our email marketing, keep our Shopify store current, and ensure every product launch and promotion goes live on time. This hands‑on role follows the calendar and is remote, reporting to the Marketing Manager as a full‑time contractor for 40 hours per week.

You will build and schedule email campaigns, manage automated flows, update product listings across channels, coordinate launches, and track outcomes with GA4 or dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing coordination or ecommerce execution.
• Experience in DTC ecommerce selling physical products.
• Hands-on with email marketing and Shopify.
• Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify admin.
• Strong written English and organizational skills.
• Ability coordinate launches to fixed dates across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule and send email campaigns per the calendar.
• Maintain automated flows and sign-up forms.
• Update banners, pages, and collections in Shopify.
• Manage pricing accuracy and promotions to go-live.
• Own launch checklists and coordinate assets.
• Track deliverables and timelines with collaborators.
• Report on email and store performance regularly.
