Job summary

EMD Electronics is seeking an experienced Market Manager to define, develop and commercialize High Performance Packaging product lines within the Electronics Patterning Business Unit. The role collaborates with global R&D, customer application teams, production and sales to deliver differentiating packaging solutions and achieve revenue and margin goals.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of HP Packaging technologies with a broad ecosystem network and the ability to manage market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with strong knowledge in High-Performance Packaging.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and cultures within a complex matrix organization.
• Inspiring leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive projects forward.
• Demonstrated ability to uncover underlying customer and supplier needs through effective questioning and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and commercialize High Performance Packaging product lines within EMD's Electronics Patterning Business Unit.
• Develop market intelligence including market size, trends and pricing strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams across global markets and with R&D, production and sales.
• Represent EMD Electronics at industry conferences and customer events.
• Establish pricing strategy and pricing corridors by product, region and volume.
• Collaborate with sourcing and applications teams to support programs.
