9:24 Group is seeking a Marketing Generalist to support our SaaS clients in a remote role. You will manage paid advertising campaigns, produce performance reports, and guide client conversations to optimize results.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, strong analytics, and the ability to present strategy in Zoom meetings. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales, product, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a marketing generalist role.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google and Meta ad performance, reporting, optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role and leading/par- ticipating in Zoom calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned clients.
• Lead and participate in client-facing Zoom calls to discuss campaign strategy, performance, results, and next steps.
• Present marketing reports and explain Google and Meta advertising performance to clients.
• Communicate campaign recommendations, opportunities, and challenges clearly and professionally.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients while managing expectations and deliverables.
• Manage advertising budgets and make data-driven recommendations.
