Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Marketing Financial Manager to own end-to-end budget management, forecasting, and strategic decision support across Twilio’s global Marketing footprint. You will partner with senior leaders to manage multi-million dollar programs, automate FP&A workflows, and measure ROI to drive profitable growth.

This remote role offers strong collaboration across regions with occasional travel for team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Marketing budget management, forecasting, and program spend tracking across multiple functions.
• Lead in-quarter budget pacing and redeployment to high-priority initiatives.
• Automate FP&A workflows and modernize forecasting using FP&A systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement and HR systems for month-end closes and headcount forecasting.
• Evaluate marketing ROI and investment returns to drive profitable growth.
