Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Sr. Financial Manager, Partnerships to act as the primary strategic co-pilot to the VP of Global Partnerships. You will design economic models guiding our ecosystem across Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure), GSIs, and ISVs for profitable growth.

You will accelerate usage-based revenue through incentive design, forecast across regions, and collaborate with RevOps, GTM Systems, and Data Engineering to enable scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent business acumen with data-driven stakeholder influence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams.
• Independent, strategic thinker with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary trusted financial advisor to the VP of Global Partnerships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, GTM) to optimize cloud marketplaces.
• Design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives for Twilio’s business.
• Build analytical frameworks to measure MDF ROI and partner rebates.
• Deliver board-level narratives on partner-attributed vs partner-sourced trends.
• Lead long-range forecasting and multi-year investment modeling for partners.
• Define and monitor partner metrics including Partner-Sourced vs Partner-Influenced revenue.
• Model non-standard partner contracts with Sales and Legal.
• Develop market expansion financial models for new regions.
