ParentSquare, a Santa Barbara–based company, is transforming how schools and parents communicate with its products including RemindHub and ParentSquare, serving millions of students. We are seeking an exceptionally organized Marketing Events Manager to own the full event lifecycle, drive lead generation, and optimize ROI across 70+ events annually.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years managing events designed to generate leads for B2B or EdTech.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Executives.
• Ability to work independently and own your domain.
• Willingness to travel to key conferences ~2+ times per year.

Responsibilities

• Own the full event lifecycle from research to ROI analysis.
• Manage logistics for 70+ contracted events annually (trade shows, conferences, virtual).
• Research new shows and conferences for key audiences (PIOs, CTOs, superintendents).
• Budget management to ensure cost efficiency across events.
• Provide pre- & post-event marketing support and lead follow-up.
• Track event leads in CRM and calculate ROI per event.
• Coordinate associations and speaking opportunities with partner orgs.
• Manage swag, vendors, warehousing and fulfillment.
