Insight is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage all aspects of assigned company and partner events, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will coordinate with business units, define goals, and execute communications and tactics to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of coordinating marketing events, conferences, client-facing events, and incentive travel.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or related marketing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple events on tight timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned company and partner events on time and within budget.
• Outline and manage event timelines and milestones.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand goals, objectives, and budget.
• Submit creative requests and coordinate with design teams for event needs.
