Branching Minds is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to own the strategy for large-scale and regional conferences, webinars, MTSS Summit, and other events. You’ll drive ROI, lead generation, and brand experience while coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

The role is fully remote, supports planning from afar, with occasional travel. 4+ years in B2B events and strong CRM/marketing tools experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and promoting B2B events in education.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with virtual event software.

Responsibilities

• Lead event strategy and ROI evaluation for large-scale and regional conferences.
• Manage logistics, proposals, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and learning sciences.
• Coordinate on-site logistics and virtual event promotion, including webinars.
• Track leads and maintain a calendar of events to optimize performance.
