Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 8+ years of experience marketing for a tech company, product marketing or technology marketing.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Experience translating complex technology or AI-driven solutions into market-facing value propositions.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for RMS technology products, AI-enabled solutions, automation capabilities, and Autonomous Logistics.
• Translate complex technology, AI, and managed solutions into differentiated customer value propositions and market narratives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Sales to align roadmaps, strengthen sales enablement, and drive activation.
• Lead solution-level storytelling across products, platforms, services, and emerging technologies with consistent messaging.
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, AI innovation, positioning, and growth opportunities to differentiate and lead the category.
• Establish KPIs using insights and metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and investments.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across technical, product, marketing, communications and commercial teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
