You will translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions, drive adoption, and partner with executive leadership to shape market narratives. You will own marketing strategy for RMS technology solutions, collaborate with product, technology, and commercial teams, and lead a high-performing organization focused on measurable growth and category

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 8+ years of experience marketing for a tech company, product marketing or technology marketing.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Experience translating complex technology or AI-driven solutions into market-facing value propositions that drive growth.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for RMS technology products, AI-enabled solutions, automation capabilities, and Autonomous Logistics.
• Translate complex technology, AI, and managed solutions capabilities into compelling value propositions and market narratives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Sales to align customer needs with roadmaps and enablement.
• Lead solution-level storytelling across products, platforms, services, and emerging technologies.
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, AI innovation, and growth opportunities to strengthen differentiation.
• Establish KPIs and monitor insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and investments.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and build a high-performing marketing organization.
