Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years marketing experience in tech, product marketing, or technology marketing.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology or AI-driven solutions into market-facing value propositions that drive growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

• Develop and execute the RMS technology products and AI-enabled solutions marketing strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Translate complex technology into differentiated customer value propositions and market narratives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Sales to align roadmaps and enablement.
• Lead storytelling across products, platforms, and services with consistent messaging.
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, AI innovation, and growth opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and monitor insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and build a high-performing marketing organization.
