Job summary

RethinkFirst is hiring a Marketing Designer to join our in‑house creative team. You will execute brand and campaign work across marketing, digital, sales, and events, adapting an established identity to new formats with minimal hand‑holding.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, on‑strategy outcomes, while maintaining accessibility and visual consistency across digital and print touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application across digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience preparing production‑ready files and adapting concepts across formats.
• Clear communication skills and ability to apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials (social media, paid campaigns, email, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, events, internal communications, print).
• Adapt existing creative direction to new formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies or opportunities to tighten the visual system.
• Execute against briefs and campaign structures from the Creative Director.
• Design marketing materials including digital advertising, social content, email, sales enablement, presentations, case studies, and event materials.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid digital UX fundamentals.
• Build responsive layouts for web and email; maintain typography and accessibility.
• Design digital ad creative across formats; produce variations for A/B testing.
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Marketing Ops; participate in reviews.
