Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will apply and extend our brand across marketing, digital, sales, and events, delivering polished, on-brand work with minimal guidance.

Collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-strategy execution. You will adapt the identity to new formats and maintain visual consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials.
• Adapt creative direction to new formats, channels, and sizes while maintaining consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies and opportunities to tighten the visual system.
• Execute against briefs and campaign structures from the Creative Director.
• Design marketing materials: digital ads, social content, email, presentations, case studies, event materials.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for reuse.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Design digital ad creative and produce multi-channel variations.
• Take projects from brief to final production independently.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross-functional teams; incorporate feedback quickly.
