Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team and bring our brand to life across marketing, advertising, digital, sales, and events. This is a hands-on role that works from established brand systems with minimal guidance.

You will partner with the Creative Director and Marketing stakeholders to deliver on-brand, high-quality work across channels, formats, and campaigns, while expanding our templates and ensuring accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals across digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience producing production-ready files across formats (web, digital ads, social, email, presentations).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple assignments with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Campaign Execution across social, paid campaigns, email, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, events, internal comms, and print.
• Adapt brand guidance to new formats and channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Design marketing materials and build/maintain templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Create digital ads and resize assets for A/B testing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage projects from brief to final production and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
