Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will apply established brand guidelines to campaigns, digital ads, emails, and event materials across multiple channels, while ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.

You will partner with the Creative Director and Marketing stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work with minimal hand‑holding, supporting a distributed team and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand usage.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC and Figma for collaboration.
• Experience producing production-ready files across formats.
• Experience supporting B2B software, healthcare, or education projects.
• Experience with presentation design, motion graphics, or accessibility.
• Experience collaborating on a distributed design team with shared assets.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials across digital and print, maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and maintain brand templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Create digital ads, social content, emails, and sales collateral.
• Prepare files for digital, print, and event use and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross-functional teams to execute direction.
• Contribute to accessible design practices across digital and print work.
