Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience, ideally in‑house or agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color, and brand application across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; production‑ready file delivery.
• Strong communication and ability to incorporate feedback.
• Experience with B2B software, healthcare, or mission‑driven contexts.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across materials and channels.
• Adapt existing creative direction to new formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies and strengthen the visual system.
• Execute against briefs and campaign structures from the Creative Director.
• Design marketing materials including digital ads, emails, presentations, and print collateral.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and digital experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Maintain typography, hierarchy, accessibility, and visual consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Design digital ad creative and resize variations for A/B testing.
• Prepare files for digital, print, presentations, and events; manage multiple projects.
