Position Title: Remote Marketing Programs Coordinator

Location: Remote

Compensation: $54.00 - $57.00 / Per HR

This candidate would serve as the backbone of the team, managing planning, reporting, budgeting, project workflows to ensure consistent execution across communications, digital, creative, events, and business marketing. This role will enable the marketing team to scale efficiently while providing leadership with greater visibility into performance, priorities, and resource allocation.

Technical Qualifications

• 1) Marketing Organization Experience: Previous experience working within a marketing department or marketing-focused organization. The responsibilities and requests will fall within the marketing function.
• 2) Event Coordination: Experience supporting events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, planning, and logistics.
• 3) Project Management &/or CMS Experience: Familiarity with project management tools or CMS (content management systems) such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Experience identifying process improvements and creating efficiencies is valuable.
• 4) Microsoft Office Programs: Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 5) Corporate Experience: Experience working in a professional corporate environment and communicating effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.
