Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily marketing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars.
• Track requests in Wrike and Smartsheet.
• Support webinar preparation and webcast logistics using ON24.
• Coordinate edits and updates to marketing assets with stakeholders.
• Process invoices and maintain budget tracking records.
• Gather campaign analytics and prepare reporting updates.
• Provide project status updates during weekly team meetings.
• Assist with email template development and updates.
• Assist with lead management in the CRM system.
