Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field
• 2+ years of marketing execution experience
• 1–2 years of social content development
• Experience managing projects and working with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to travel locally in Connecticut and surrounding areas
• Creative or design skills a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with web CMS and marketing platforms (email, social, website)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines
• Collect competitive market insights and social content
• Write/post social media content and assist in marketing initiatives
• Support podcast production and event execution
• Manage asset libraries and marketing process documents
• Update web pages using CMS and track campaign data
• Design assets in Canva and collaborate with internal teams
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries and organize meetings
