Remote Co. is seeking a temporary Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day Marcomms operations, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and process improvements across campaigns.

This remote role supports the Marketing and Communications team with occasional on-site events in Santa Monica, reporting to the Senior Director, and ensuring campaigns stay on track and processes scale with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience including budget tracking, vendor coordination, or project management tools.
• Experience in marketing/entertainment is a plus and strong cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day Marcomms operations, prioritization, and risk flags.
• Develop and maintain workback timelines for campaigns from kick-off to wrap-up.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, and payments with proper approvals.
• Collaborate with campaign leads to identify dependencies and manage cross-functional alignment.
• Standardize PM processes and tools across the Marcomms team.
