Wondr Nation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a junior marketer with hands-on execution experience across email, social, and web CMS, plus strong writing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, collecting insights, creating social content, updating web pages, and assisting with events and podcasts. Remote/hybrid with occasional travel in connecticut; office presence may be required in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or similar.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing execution.
• 2–4 years of event execution experience.
• 1-2 years of social content development.
• Experience with managing projects.
• Writing/composition experience preferred.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in online gaming industry desired.
• Public relations experience a plus.
• Creative or design skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines.
• Collect competitive market insights regularly.
• Collect social content as needed (photos, video, employee responses).
• Write and post social media content as needed.
• Assist in development of marketing initiatives.
• Support podcast production as needed.
• Manage promotional premium inventory.
• Assist with event execution including preparation, set-up, on-site implementation and take-down.
• Gather, process and upload campaign data.
• Work in web CMS to update web pages.
• Design assets in Canva as needed.
• Maintain library of marketing process documents.
• Maintain asset library (photo and video).
• Performs other digital marketing duties as assigned.
• Collect and compile metrics for marketing reports and dashboards.
