Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Brand Growth Marketing Manager to expand our talent brand reach across social, events, partnerships, and community programs. This hands-on role combines growth marketing, channel strategy, and community activation to attract top technical talent in a distributed, fast-growing environment.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Recruiting, and Leadership to craft content, run campaigns, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing and talent-brand programs.
• Ability to run campaigns across social, events, and partnerships.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent brand campaigns across organic and paid social, events, partnerships, and community channels
• Partner with Marketing, Recruiting, and Leadership to adapt and distribute content across channels
• Coordinate TRM’s presence at conferences and events, including logistics and sponsorships
• Build relationships with technical communities and universities to expand reach
• Help produce and host community programs, including meetups and virtual events
• Track campaign performance and influence talent pipeline; iterate improvements
