Job summary

Lincoln Electric seeks a Marketing Communication Specialist to drive campaigns and content across digital ads, social media, trade shows and product launches, while leveraging design expertise to align with the brand.

You will manage website content, ROI-driven campaigns, email marketing, and event logistics, collaborating with global teams and partners and traveling up to 25% as needed. Strong Adobe CC and CMS experience are required.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or 4 years experience in digital marketing.
B2B marketing experience required.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, SEO/PPC advertising, and general marketing required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with global teams to maintain and optimize website content, SEO/PPC campaigns, and digital assets.
Develop and execute ROI-driven digital campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
Create compelling marketing collateral, advertisements, and sales materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Design and manage layouts for brochures, trade show graphics, and digital publications that meet brand standards.
Plan, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact or equivalent.
Coordinate trade show logistics, booth design, messaging, and post-event performance analysis.
Manage advertising schedules and placements across multiple channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects with deadlines and ROI reporting.
